🧸  Faulty Item Received
If you receive a faulty item, please send us a clear picture of it to littlewishes.lk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on the number given on the website along with your order number. Once we review the photo and confirm the fault, we’ll offer a refund or replacement depending on the type of issue.
 
 
🚚  Not Delivered on Time

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to not receive your order on time – especially if it’s for a special occasion!

We usually ship within 1-2 days of receiving your order. Delivery normally takes 2-3 business days, but sometimes delays can occur due to courier company issues.

We kindly ask for your patience in such cases. You can always contact us for your tracking details and we’ll be happy to update you on your order status.

Please note: once an order leaves our store or warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

👕 Wrong Size Received

If you’ve received a different size than expected, please double-check your original order details. In many cases, the wrong size is accidentally selected during checkout.

If that’s not the case and you did receive the incorrect size, please send us a picture of the item along with your order number. We’ll gladly assist you with an exchange or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement, as we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Currently, we only ship within Sri Lanka.

Once your order is placed, it goes through:
  • 1-2 days for processing
  • 2-3 business days for shipping
In total, your order should arrive within 2-5 days.
Delivery times can vary slightly, so please bear with us.

🔍 Can I Get a Tracking Number?
Yes, of course!
All orders include tracking once processed (1-2 days).
Please email littlewishes.lk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number, and we’ll send your tracking details as soon as possible.
Note: your order number is not your tracking number.  
 
 
💳 How Can I Pay?
We currently accept Bank Transfers and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
 
 
🏠 What Happens If I Entered the Wrong Address?

If you entered the wrong address and your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us immediately at littlewishes.lk@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to correct it.

If the order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately can’t resend it to a new address, so please double-check your details when placing your order.

 
🚛 Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are charged directly by the courier company and collected from the customer upon delivery.

In cases of returns or exchanges, please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
